Damage deposit must be submitted by credit card, debit card or cash before riding.
Rental Regulations
WARNING: Drivers will be held responsible for all damages to karts, persons, or property.
- In order to drive the scooters, the driver must have a class 5 or 6 driver's license.
- Passengers are not allowed.
- No highway driving.
- Helmet must be worn at all times.
- You must read and sign a liability release and rental agreement.
- International driver's license recommended for those not printed in English or French.
- Westside Go Karts reserves the right to refuse rental to a customer who does not have possession of rental requirements.
- The customer must possess required skills to operate the scooter they wish to rent.
- Westside Go Karts reserves the right to refuse rental to a customer who does not appear to have sufficient skill for any given scooter.
- Security deposits ($600.00) are required for scooter rentals by way of credit card authorization.
- Traffic and parking violations are the responsiblity of the driver. Undeclared parking tickets will be charged to the renter and will include an additional $40.00 processing fee.
- A 100% deposit of the rental rate is charged to secure reservation at time of booking.
- Cancellation prior to 15 days of reservation are subject to this 100% deposit.
- Rider's who are signed on contract are the only persons allowed to operate the rental.
- All cancellation fees and/or deposits can be applied to future rentals.
